Working with the mutual client and the referring attorney as appropriate, I am comfortable handling either a portion of or the entire matter. Preferring to preserve and respect the relationship between a client and a referring attorney, I do not accept repeat business from a referred client except with the knowledge of the referring attorney, unless specifically directed otherwise by the client.
